Megan Boatright Coats

Megan has been a part of Boatright CPA, PC since 2014. She was thrilled to be working with her family; her dad, Rory Boatright, CPA and her brother, Michael Boatright, CPA. She graduated from Texas State University in 2009 with a BBA degree with a major in Mass Communication and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining Boatright CPA, she worked in the financial banking industry for seven years. She became an Enrolled Agent (federally licensed tax practitioner) in 2022. Since joining Boatright CPA, she’s gained a wide variety of experience from bookkeeping, payroll, preparing and filing personal and business tax returns, as well as financial advisory services. She is highly qualified in QuickBooks Desktop as well as QuickBooks Online, and enjoys advising clients how to understand different aspects of their business finances. She values her relationships with clients and strives to treat them the way she would want to be treated.
