Our Story
Four Decades in the Making
It started in 1979, when Rory Boatright, a fresh accounting graduate from the University of Texas, moved to the Texas Hill Country and opened his own practice. He built a reputation as a trusted advisor known for outstanding service and sage advice, and over the years that reputation grew into a firm clients across the region relied on.
Michael Boatright followed in his father’s footsteps, earning his CPA in 2012 and co-founding the firm’s next chapter alongside Rory. Today, Boatright CPA carries that same commitment forward as a CPA advisory group built for business owners and individuals who want a partner to help them strategize for the decisions that lie ahead.
